1. Black drop shadow does not appear black when Publish to PDF

I've tried to convert the drop shadow to bitmap but the result is same.

When you Publish as PDF (or Export as PDF, it's the same) you hae some PDF presets to choose. According the PDF you use, the results will change. If you use PDF X/1a or PDF X/3 I'm sure that you don't have problems.
Btw, if I put the lines on top of the drop shadow instead of beneath it, then it looks normal (no zig-zag)
