Just downloaded X5 to windows 10. It gets as far as the splash page "Loading application" and then disappears. It even brought up the register page. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it. I've tried the repair on the uninstall, I've tried the F8. I temporarily had the Corel 2018 trial and it seemed to work fine until it expired. Not sure what's wrong.
X5 is eligible to upgrade to latest version 2019. At least 2018 was, so 2019 is probably too. It's an investment money wise, yes, but it's worth it. And like X5, your eligible to install 2019 up to three computers. As long as it's your computers, and your only using one computer at a time. Check it out at www.coreldraw.com. And look at the tab on that page showing your eligible to upgrade before you buy.
