I would really appreciate if it was possible to control (i.e.: set up & check the current value) the drawing scale directly from the command bars, without having to get deep into the Options menu (which is really unpractical and slow).
Actually there is a "Drawing scale" icon, but it allows to choose only among a limited selection of values: if the required drawing scale is outside this range (which happens quite often in my job), there is no alternative from the Options way.Moreover, if the scale is not included into the above-mentioned selection of values, the icon will not show the set scale value, but only a totally useless "Custom" string.Please, improve this item!!

Many thanks Jeff!Yes, this macro is discussed some posts above: I already use it and it actually does what I need, but it cannot be embedded as a small window in the toolbars, like, say, the zoom level. You need to resort to an external application.
A professional product like CorelDRAW, in its 15th edition, should definitely include a far improved way to manage such a basic function as the drawing scale level.IMHO (shared by other pro-users, as you can see)...
