I would really appreciate if it was possible to control (i.e.: set up & check the current value) the drawing scale directly from the command bars, without having to get deep into the Options menu (which is really unpractical and slow).
Actually there is a "Drawing scale" icon, but it allows to choose only among a limited selection of values: if the required drawing scale is outside this range (which happens quite often in my job), there is no alternative from the Options way. Moreover, if the scale is not included into the above-mentioned selection of values, the icon will not show the set scale value, but only a totally useless "Custom" string. Please, improve this item!!
Yes, Adrian, thanks, I was aware of the existence of that macro since several months, but, in my humble opinion it is not acceptable that a superb product like CorelDRAW, in its 15th version (!) is still lacking a practical & quick management of a fundamental function like that and must resort to external support.
Moreover, that macro cannot be set up as a toolbar.
Enrico If you draw the graphics at 100% and select all the objects you can scale to to what you want in one click, but if you want to see what scale you are setting and working in you probley want to use something like CorelCad or AutoCad.

Hi.
Macros are a part of the functionality of CorelDraw itself.
But yes, I understand what you mean. A built in quick access toolbar would be great for users who work with scale. Here's another macro that might work too. Unfortunately this one costs 10 bucks.
