Hi to all :-)Recently i have problems when i print some of my designs in Corel X5.I have an A3+ Laser printing Machine Konica Minolta C353 and Windows XP . Some "Black thin lines" show up on my designs on the paper. I don't want to convert my designs to bitmaps in order to Print them. Because some details on the designs will not show up very well when i convert them to bitmap. That's why i want to leave it as it is.My Printer technician told me that it's not the machine's fault. It's the software fault. Can anyone help me please? What settings should i adjust in Corel Draw to fix this problem? Is there anything i can do in TOOLS -> OPTIONS -> GLOBAL -> PRINTING?I am also attaching the picture of the printed paper to see what i mean below.
Hello corelXpert; The first thing I would look at would be the rollers in the laser, the second would be the printer driver. You can check the printer by just printing a blank sheet at the printer.
My Thoughts George
Hello George,
Thank you for your feedback.
I've tried that when i first saw this problem. I have printed a blank paper and there was no ink on the paper. It was clean.
Also when i print PS (Post scrib) everything is ok, but the colors are very very dark..
I just came up with something else right now and i think here is the problem...
I go to View -> Wireframe, and i see the problem.
It is with the bitmaps and the shadows. Not with the vector shapes.
Is there any way we can prevent those bitmap boxes printed on the paper?
.
Hello corelXpert; Have you tried remonving the back ground in PP? ( You did good finding the problem )
George
Thank you George for your kind words.
What background to remove? I don't have a backgound in my picture.
I Think those boxes are around a back ground of the raster pic.? Could you post or email me the file?
