I got tired of looking at the X5 logo, the logo that is on the desktop and taskbar that is. So I am making my own and wanted to know what others thought about it. The first one I thought was pretty nice but it didn't convey well as a logo. The second one is still in the process of being made, but I would like some input on both of them. Tell me what ever you think of them thanks!
The weight of the X matches the weight of the 5 better in the second one. I think it would look better with the X lower to the center of the 5.In both IMO there is too much separation in all ways (spatially and aesthetically) between the X and the 5. The 5 colouring is nice although it's good to have a greyscale version for non colour output.

remember that X5 means "15" (X = 10) so both must have similar importance. If not, i seems "CorelDRAW 5" or x5 (like 10x5=50)
