its seems that these are very useless..disgusting policies of Corel Corp...those who purchases costly product dose not get compatibility...
who get almost free software get compatibility... Every time its not possible to purchase new software along with heavy taxation in india..
All versions of CorelDRAW X5 are compatible with Windows 8. All versions will run fine, only it's not a version developed or officially certificated as "Windows 8 software". CorelDRAW X5 was launched on January, 2010, and of course was not made for Windows 8 because still doesn't exist. The first release officially developed and certificated for Windows 8 is CorelDRAW X6.1 (the first release, X6, is also compatible but not certificated by Microsoft).
