How to remove arc from the text after using Fit Text To Path?

May I know how to remove the arc as shown in the picture below without touching the text?

Select the objects, go to Menu Bar >Arrange>Break Apart

It doesn't work. This is what happen when I break apart.

I want the text to be like this as shown below without the arc.

May I know how to do it as shown above?
