How do I place a photo inside (or behind) one of the provided frames in the extra content?

I am very new to using programs like Coreldraw.  I have been trying to make things without really knowing what I am doing.

I want to use one of the frames from the EXtra content (oval04.cpt) and place a photo inside the frame.  Have tried Powerclip but I get an error message that the objects are invalid.

How do I accomplish this?

    An alternative method...  First import your photo image into CorelDraw, then with the image selected apply the frame effect Bitmaps>Creative>Frame. Navigate to select the oval04.cpt to apply the frame, you may need to modify the size to fit your image. You will get a look like this:
