Editing a png Bitmap

I need to edit a 275x275  .png bitmap so it has rounded corners at a radius of 12 pixels.   Can anyone help?  Thanks!

    One easy way is to:

    1. Create a new image
    2. Set your ruler dimensions to pixes
    3. Create a perfect square, convert to curves
    4. Type in the dimensions manually of 275
    5. Open Fillet/Scallop/Chamfer from the menu
    6. Select all corner nodes and enter 12 px's
    7. Select bitmap and Power-clip into the new object
    8. Remove outline.
