how can I add photo frames to photo paint and not be on the internet?

I have a stand alone computer with CorelDraw x6 Home/ Student. While working with Photo Paint I wanted to add photo frames from the DVD extras on a project I was working on, but it seem I can not do this unless I am connected to the internet. Is there some other way for me to accomplish this task?
