I recently migrated CDX6 with profile settings from another laptop where there was no problem with the menu bar. Where should I start looking for a solution? Any ideas appreciated.

It seems to recognise the email address but nothing happens after hitting Continue. I requested a one-time code but that didn't work either. Any idea what the problem might be?
Don't stress about installing the service pack, it made no difference to this exact same problem in X5. I only keep X5 to be able to open pre v6 files so don't use it often, it does run under Win11 but the menus are all white on white.
The program worked perfectly well on the previous laptop, also win 10, though I did have a similar problem with Grammatik, where I got white on white for the suggested text. That issue was never resolved. In fact, I currently have the exact same problem with WordPerfect. Seems a Corel "copy and paste" code thing.
I recall having the connection problem with a previous install, but I can't remember how I got round it.
Is it possible to copy across UI settings from the old laptop?
