Page setup, Apply to Duplicate, Missing arrow heads opening v12 files

Hi there,

After more than 10 years of waiting for some features I needed, I finally upgraded from Coreldraw 12 to X6 (in particular, correct handling of fonts in certain OEM vector objects, and the option to use RGB colorspace when exporting EPS...although the I guess latter was around since ca. X4).

However, there are some handling changes that are reducing my productivity. Here are a few...

One issue is the Page Setup.  I use a lot of custom page sizes.  When I have a custom page size and go to Layout/Page Setup, it is not showing the current page dimensions, rather the A4 default.  So I have to go back and measure the page size I am currently using manually.  Is there any way to change this?

Also, for the Transformation dockers, the 'Apply' and 'Apply to Duplicate' buttons are gone, replaced with the 'Copies' option.  I'm sure they did this for some reason, but for me this requires more clicking around (e.g. when I want to rapidly go between Apply and Apply to Duplicate in succession).  Can one revert to the old buttons?

Lastly, when I open v12 files in X6, the arrow heads on curve objects have all disappeared.  Is there any way to avoid this?

Regards, MT

(Sorry if posting three issues in one post is bad style)
