I have the same problem, please help, I can't use my Corel, but I just paid for 30 days. I don't what I did wrong
I'm struggling too. Please help. I bought the 30-day subscription package but all that was sent to me was a serial nr. and this doesn't work. After I open CorelDraw it asks me to "redeem" and then goes on to request a "subscription code" or a "membership nr." and I'm afraid I do not know where to find either of these. I've looked everywhere. Am I stupid or is this process just ridiculously cryptic?
