Hi
I've got a real problem with Draw( X6-64 bit). Things started acting up a couple of weeks ago with jerky behaviour in export selection. I posted a thread to that effect.
Since then I'm experiencing multiple crashes daily; usually and oddly when I inadvertently drag a tool (crop, text box, etc) out of the drawing space onto a surrounding panel (see attached). The screen freezes and never recovers.
I've checked my graphic card is up to date, checked the monitors and display settings (I use two and the problems occur on both), uninstalled and reinstalled X6 and with a newly created workspace.
I suspect the problem may be with Windows as much as Corel as I'm getting slightly erratic behaviour elsewhere, though no where as bad as in Draw. Neither Norton or C Cleaner report any problems.
Has any body got any idea of where else I can look for what's causing this?
Thanks, Colin
Hellow colin; To me it sounds like the video. You can also open "Event Viewer" right after a crash and see what the last thing Windows was trying to do. Another thing you may look at is the output from the power Supply.
My Thoughts George
Hi George
I'll try that. I shouldn't have long to wait! Mind you, I'm not 100% sure of what I'm looking for...What part of the Event Viewer (attached) do I look in when I get the next crash, and for what?
Many thanks, Colin
