Hello majid; I would use the Step & Repeat tool to make copies of the circles. Did you learn to make the "m" with the holes and the extrude? And don't forget about the Help on the bar at the top of the screen.

Yes i found about extrude tools . and about the pattern tool i need to pattern it in a spline path not in a vertical or horizontal .
I am new in Corel so please tell me the menu of Step & Repeat tool
