I've been running X6 updated on my Win 7 PC for years without issue. I installed some new Windows updates over the last few days, and now DRAW crashes as soon as I open it.
Here's what I've tried so far:
Uninstalling the most recent Windows updates dated 6/12/15.
Reinstalling X6 w/ updates/patches
Running DRAW as an admin
None of these has worked, and I forgot to set up a restore point, so that's not an option. DRAW lists the error as <System.AccessViolationException>
Suggestions?
Stuck on an install will get to you.

It installed with no problem; it just crashes on start-up. It worked well until recent updates to Win Defender which can't be uninstalled. I reinstalled CorelDRAW, allowed it to run as admin, and turned off Defender, but none of it helped. The RAM (16GB DDR3) is good, I ran checkdisk to find and fix errors (2TB HD w/ >50% free space), and Avast can't find any malware. No hardware changes were made, and the only new software was the Windows update.
