Amongst its vast multitude of zooming functionalities it seems to be lacking the most absolutely simple which is a keyboard shortcut to zoom in at the mouse cursor.I am just looking for a keyboard equivalent of the scrolling wheel on the mouse. Obviously for most people this isn't a problem because if you have your hand on the mouse you have ready control of the zoom function but I am starting to use my Wacom tablet more often and its use of shortcut buttons at the top support any combination of keyboard presses and mouse clicks but unfortunately no control over the mouse wheel shortcutting. So it's pretty annoying to have to use a shortcut button for (Z) on the tablet to zoom, and then to have to click about to do the zooming and then reserve another shortcut button for going back to drawing mode.I want to be able to just hit the button at the top of my tablet and have it instantly zoom in on the cursor without changing the mode!
You can modify the toolbar in pretty much any way you want. Find the Bezier tool in the flyout, hold down the Alt key and drag it to wherever you want. Make it a top-level button instead of part of a flyout.
If you want a keyboard shortcut for Zoom In and Zoom Out (or anything else) why don't you just add one. It tells you how in the help files:
Hi Roy,
So it seems I may not have been zoning out as much as I thought I was, as mentioned I found it when I looked again at home, but here is a screenshot of my command window showing that the bezier tool is COMPLETELY MISSING ony my work computer and therefore obviously I'm having trouble applying a short-cut!?
