In CorelDraw X7, is it possible to specify the length of a part of an object? For example in the object below, can I make the length of the RED rectangle be X and as a result resize the whole object keeping the original proportions.

Powerclip all the objects into the red rectangle size the rectangle to the width you need and then extract all the objects out of the Powerclip and you have the result you need.

The only thing that I can think of with any of these methods is the effect on the stroke. You may want to turn on scale with object.
