Custom Shortcut not working in Coreldraw X7 & X7.1 also

I use custom shortcut for Nudge (Ctrl+Alt+N) and Units (Ctrl+Alt+U) in Coreldraw X6. now I have installed coreldraw x7 and seen that this custom shortcut not working in X7. I have also tried X7.1 but nothing changed.
