Hello,
i have a problem.
I make a design with the PowerClip function. This works very greate, but when i want to print this, it moves the picture on the left down side. i have often frames they show a window front of a building. In the frames i put pictures with powerclip.
Can everyone help me, why corel moves the pictures?
Could you start by checking tools > options > workspace > powerclip frame and make sure that auto-centre is not set to always.
But this is usually only a problem when designing the powerclip. It does not usually change when printing. So if this does not fix the problem, it will probably help if you could upload an example for testing.
If the file is under 256Kb you can do that in the options tab when you reply. If it is bigger than 256Kb you will need to save it to a public server such as dropbox and paste the URL here instead. Make sure you remove anything that is confidential first, or replace it with placeholder text.
This looks in Corel Draw
and so when i printing this on everone printer.
On a Brother printer, or a big large format printer, always it moves the pictures on the left down
Hello Heymann; You are posting a screen shots not the file that Harry is asking for. But it look to me that your problem is in the set up.
George
Hello George,
this file is over 800 MB big.
on another pc is the future the same. i make the design new with an other picture or elements. i installed corel on a new pc, draw a circle and make a standard windows picture in the circle and center this. i print it on another printer. a Canon dye printer, an the same procedur as on my pc
I tried to make sense of it from your screenshots, but I'm not able to work out what you have there. Is it one powerclip, or eight of them?
800Mb is a lot to look at, but I'm guessing that most of it is a bit image. If that is 300dpi and you make a copy of the file and reduce the bit image to 30dpi it will probably still exhibit the problem and the file will be a lot smaller. It will probably still be too big to upload here, but should be easier to upload to a public file space.
Hello Again Heymann; It look to me that the power clip is made up of 8 sections and is printing the bottom left. Try putting the sections together with out the power clip and group it, fit it to a page and try printing and see what happens.
