Hi guys,
I use Pantone 186 C as CutContour line in Corel X3 and when I export the file to PDF or EPS the Caldera Visual Rip8 recognizes this line as a Cut line. When I try to do the same in X6 or X7 Caldera doesn't recognize the line anymore.
Any of you have the same problem?
The guys from Caldera sent me a color palette to add to my palettes but it's in .ai format and I can't open it on X7. Do you know any way of converting a .ai palette to a .xml palette?
Thank you in advance for your help.
Paulo
Thank you guys for your help.
The file I'm trying to use in X7 is below
7633.Caldera_CutContours_Styles_Libray.ai
You can try attached - change extension to xml
Best regards,
Mek
Hi Mek,
Thank you for your help. Can you post the file with .txt? I can't see all the image.
Cheers,Paulo
Paulo,
download txt file attached to my previous post, change file extension from .txt to xml and then open this palette in Corel Draw.
Picture in previous post shows important part from your ai file - CMYK equivalent to the CutContours.
Hello mates,
I still can't do it in X7. Attached 4 files. The file created in Corel X3 and the exported .eps that have the cuting line recognized and the other file created in X7 with the exported .eps and is not recognized in the cutting machine. Can you spot any difference/error between the eps files?

Thank you once more!
