CDX 7 I have created a file with text and a bitmap. The bitmap in the cdr file is 335 x 335 dpi. I exported the file to EPS and it was sent to the people to be imprinted on a button. They said when they opened it the bitmap was only 240 dpi.
How do I fix that?
What did they open it with, and did they enlarge it to fit the button size?

The graphic I sent is the exact size for the button so there was no resizing needed. I have no idea who these people are or what they open it with.
Could it be that CDraw is messing up in the export?
I just exported a previous button design as an EPS (I almost always use PDF). The bitmap in it was 400 dpi according to CDX7.
I opened that EPS in Illy and it still is 400 dpi.
I don't understand it. They requested an EPS file. I have emailed the person I am dealing with to ask if the company making the button could accept a tiff or PDF instead. If they cannot, then I don't know what to do from here.
I know if they ask what I am using and I tell them CDraw, they will say it is the fault of CD.
Without seeing the file, I don't know what to say...other than they are most certainly wrong about CD's EPS export being a problem.
They are not just sending this EPS file straight to a RIP or their printer. They are opening it in something. It might be helpful to know if it is being opened in AI or PS. But in the end, without seeing the file it is impossible to investigate the issue fully.
