Been asked to create a simple banner 100m long (don't ask). CD offers only seems to offer maximum length of 45.72 metres. Odd as the program offers miles and kilometres as an option. Any way to get to desired length?

I suppose you don't have a printer that can manage the entire file, right? And it shoud be a limit, bitmap (TIF, JPG, etc) also has a limit. Try to imagine some people exporting a 100 meters file as JPG or PDF. Since you don't need high resolution for this file, there's no problem to work at scale. it's not so difficult to create a 40 meters files, then enlarge on the RIP when print.
