How can I validate my email?

Hallo,

I have tried one week to validate my email. I always get "Unfortunately, we were unable to validate your account. Please try again later". I can`t contact support because I don`t have a valid email...

    1. Did you purchase the product from the store?
    2. Had you tried to create a membership or subscription?
    3. When you launch the application did you see the dialog that asks you to validate your email address within 15 days?
    4. If so then by how many days now? The dialog does not keep track.
    5. Are you able to launch the application and use it, are able to do your work?
    6. The email address you used to sign in with, is it a real email address, can you access email from there?
