I must have different lengths for rectangles but when I try to adjust even the width follow . I must have same width but different lengths.
I did 13 rectangles with same lengths and width. Then I tried to adjust the lengths but then the width follow. I must have same width.
What can I do?

I've had Illustrator available to me for less than a week, so it was educational for me to look at this.
Here's a snip showing a rotated rectangle, with the "Shape Properties" also shown:
Dimensions (3" x 1") shown there are the dimensions of the rectangle, not of the bounding box for the rotated shape.
Here's a snip showing the same rectangle with the "handles" (that's what I call them; I don't know if they use that terminology in the Illustrator world) showing:
Note that those handles are for the rectangle itself, not the bounding box. If I click on one and drag to resize the rectangle, the dimensions that are shown in the "heads up display" while dragging are, again, the dimensions that the rectangle would be if it were not rotated.

FWIW, this can easily be achieved from the Object Coordinates docker.
Exactly what Ronny says - open the Object Coordinates docker.
The object in the illustration is 100x75mm. If you change the dimensions you can choose to either create a new object or replace the existing object with the new dimensions.
