How can I link (or update) autocad file, to coreldraw?

Hello to all members

I use CorelDraw 2017, I draw my plan in AutoCAD and want edit it in CorelDraw for coloring. I have to change my plan in autocad for several times and I want to see these changes in coreldraw.

please help me
