I was created a graphic for a client and when she opened up the Corel file, it had black thin lines through parts of the graphic. I created this totally in CorelDraw. Does someone know what might of caused this? It does not show up like this on my end.
You have a number of shapes in there that are empty PowerClip frames.
Yep! That was it, they must have this setting checked, and I don't... I will pass that along, thank you!
You can also avoid that by changing those Curves so that they are no longer PowerClip frames. That way, you don't have to worry about the settings in a client's software.
you mean convert to curves? I tried that and they still show up if I have that setting checked.

On a shape that is an empty PowerClip frame:
Right click > Frame Type > None
That is the "No frame" Command, and is available on a number of context menus.
It is present by default on the Layout toolbar.
Since it's a Command, it could be put on any toolbar or menu, or have a shortcut key assigned to it.
you can disable all "X" lines under Tools / options / workspace / powerclip frame as you can see on the Eskimo's screen capture below
