Yes I went into the Windows Firewall and made sure every instance of Corel CONNECT was "Allowed" . As well as Core Networking.
Any more insight on this issue?
The issue has been confirmed and the appropriate team has been informed.

Sharon, any update on this WTF issue. Still doesn't work for me. Corel X7 on Win 7
Corel 16 and Windows 10.I'm having the same issue still to this day.
