When export cdr file from the last version of CorelDraw to somebody who has the X7 version with the same color setings (in fileX7version) the color in X7 appear in lighter(dull) colors...?

if it's a native CDR file you don't need to Export, you should "save as..." and choose the version you wan, and make sure to enable "embed color profile" on the document. Then, when somebody open the document it will include the color profile
