Each of these logos have the same pantone colors assigned and none have Overprint set yet the colors are visibly different.
Visibly different in what. It appears that the display is reading the colors differently.
It's called the "Contrast Effect"... Found out about it in the 90's working for NASA.

The color is right. If oyu overlap both, the color it's the same.
It's a good sample of color change by contrast, as some of the popular images on color management
