Each of these logos have the same pantone colors assigned and none have Overprint set yet the colors are visibly different.
With the eyedropper tool, those two background colors are reading identical values?

Nothing up my sleeve. It will be painted acrylic but customer doesn't believe it when I say they are the exact same color. Drop shadow or not makes no difference.
