Bitstream Font Navigator Corel x6 to Corel Font Manager x8 font transfer font groups?

Have a user who has all their font groups from old Corel x6 Bitstream Font Navigator still saved (.fng files in the Windows>Programs folder) any way to transfer these over to Corel Font Manager in x8? They really were all their custom font groupings back. Thanks for the help.
