I have a scanned image of a recip card that is in poor quality and I tried to trace thge text in Draw but the paper is so stained it is not working out well. I opened it in paint and figured my best course of action would be to paint the text . My question is.... what is the best way to paint over the image by tracing the text then remove the original image only leaving what I drew on it?
Going about it the wrong way. Drop the image into draw. Lock the object then grab the pen tool and start manually drawing over the text.
