PROBLEM TO LOG IN COREL X8 INSTALL

I created my account, but I can't log in
There's this "Unknown Error" that appears all the time...!!!

  • I have used CorelDraw products for years but this time I upgraded from X-5 to X-8 and I run into a new problem that I never had before.

    When I start X-8 the screen " say's that they want to get to know me" and it asks me to enter my email address which I did along with my password.

    Each time I receive a message that tells me my password is the correct password and it won't let me enter X-8

    I contacted the support people who have tried to help me and I have changed the password but it still doesn't work.

    When I enter my CorelDraw account everything seems to work fine is the password is correct.

    I am using Windows 10 and I was using Firefox as my browser but have now changed to the New Microsoft Edge browser which replaced Internet Explorer thinking that maybe Firefox was the problem but so far that has not helped fix the problem either.

    I find myself not able to use X-8 and I have a great deal of graphic work sitting on my desk.

    Any idea how to fix this problem?
