There's this "Unknown Error" that appears all the time...!!!

I have used CorelDraw products for years but this time I upgraded from X-5 to X-8 and I run into a new problem that I never had before.
When I start X-8 the screen " say's that they want to get to know me" and it asks me to enter my email address which I did along with my password.
Each time I receive a message that tells me my password is the correct password and it won't let me enter X-8
I contacted the support people who have tried to help me and I have changed the password but it still doesn't work.
When I enter my CorelDraw account everything seems to work fine is the password is correct.
I am using Windows 10 and I was using Firefox as my browser but have now changed to the New Microsoft Edge browser which replaced Internet Explorer thinking that maybe Firefox was the problem but so far that has not helped fix the problem either.
I find myself not able to use X-8 and I have a great deal of graphic work sitting on my desk.
Any idea how to fix this problem?

Well after I played with the sign on I finally managed to get to a screen that told me that my version of CorelDraw X-8 is now authenticated and I have full access to all the features of the program I clicked on the continue button and nothing happened.
There appear to be major problems with X-8 at this point.
Any and all help is welcome because the problem appear to be with the software.
Customer service has tried but they are also stumped has to why I cannot access the software.

Hi Jimmy
If you're running into issues, I can possibly have a look at the logs in order to give you a hand at finding the issue.
Follow my steps below after you have encountered the issue.
1. Go to the temp directory using Windows Explorer
2. Type %temp% to get to your temp directory
3. Gather all the files starting with PCULog*.*
4. Zip them up and send them to me via email brian.fraser@corel.com
Please don't post this log files to a public domain, it contains personal information.

Hi Jimmy,
There is not much I can do to help in this case without access to those logs. If you can go into %temp% folder and remove all the files, then launch Draw and watch the directory. All our apps will create Pculog*.* log files as it launches. If it does not not even create the PCUlogs there might be a setup issue with the system and possibly either a repair, or an uninstall is needed to correct the issue.
If you find them, just send them along with a link to this post and I will investigate to see if I can identify what the problem is.
