Usually when I enable a docker it stays there, but all of my dockers have been hidden when I start up Corel. Also my color palettes on the right side go away as well. Is there a way to keep them permanently available upon start up?
it's part of the workspace. DId you saved your workspace?

How could the user NOT save the workspace? Other than, say, manually killing CorelDRAW by using the Task Manager.
Saving the workspace is something that CorelDRAW does automatically when the program is closed, yes? Or when one activates a different workspace?

CoreDRAW keep the changes on the interface, but that doesn't means it was saved on the workspace. You can load the same (or different) workspace, and your changes are not saved.
Yes, color palettes position and other things should be retained. If not, maybe it's an error of the program. or maybe about the temporary files, but if you made a change and save the changes, it shoud be retained even if you reload the workspace.
What Im saying is that Idk how to save the Workspace changes. How do you do that?
Tools menu / save settings as default,
or go to Tools/options/workspace, export your workspace (add a name), then import it as a new workspace and set as default.
Does it matter what folder I save it in? It defaults to saving in a folder just labeled "Corel"
I just saved it there and went through the Import process. and it seems to have worked. Thanks!
No, the only point is if you remember the place for use it in the future or send to other computer
