I have been offered this product through a 3rd party web site but can't seem to find any information about it.
CorelDRAW Esssential Edition 3 (that's the real name) and CorelDRAW Essentials 4 (the latest version) are products based on CorelDRAW Graphics Suite (X3 and X4 respectively), but with a subset of the features. These Essentials products cannot be (legally) purchased without being bundled / installed with hardware, e.g. it is the main version Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) can include with their offering. The only place in the world you can legally buy CorelDRAW Essentials on its own is in Japan.

Gerard,
Thanks for the information on CDE4, but it would be nice if Corel posted a little something about it somewhere. My question is if I have a product that is bundled with CDE4 what CorelDRAW formats can I use with it? Specifically, a friend has the Bernina Embroidery Software V6 with CDE4 but doesn't know how to use CorelDRAW. I am a longtime CorelDRAW (currently at v11) user and would like to provide her graphics. What format can I give things to her in? Are their any limitations?
Thanks
Joel J.
The file format of CorelDRAW Essentials 4 should be identical to the one in CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X4.
