I have been offered this product through a 3rd party web site but can't seem to find any information about it.
Hanne,
All though Amazone sell legal products, some on amazon might sadly at times sell illegal or to good to be true priced products. Look for who the seller is. Ask Corel customer service maybe prior to a purchace.
If you´re in the process of buying CorelDRAW essentials, look here first, see attached links
Maybe the CorelDRAW Home & Student version X6 is a solution for you, read this newsletter from Corel/Gérard M.http://community.coreldraw.com/blogs/gerard/archive/2012/08/21/introducing-coreldraw-home-amp-student-suite-x6.aspx
TO BUY ITIf this is truly directly from Amazon, as it states, then maybe this one could be the choice for you?

And of course the full version of CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X6http://www.corel.com/corel/product/index.jsp?pid=prod4260069
Hi again Hanne,
I just saw that you are from Denmark, hej hej!

Hej Stefan
The reason why I am interesting in knowing is that I work with SAM (Software asset management) and I have to find out which product installed on customer PCs are commercial. I have CorelDRAW 2. So I now need to find out if this requires a license or not.
It has proved rather difficult I am afraid ;-)
So, I was wondering if the version 2 perhaps was commercial and from then on they became OEM?

Hej Hanne,
I understand. As a beta tester I will send an email to Gérard Metraillier at Corel about this thread, so check back soon. I will send him an email now. Stockholm time 18 sept. 15:09 ;-)
Hoppas allt är bra i Danmark. Här i stockholm regnar det just nu
CorelDRAW Essentials 2 was available both as a boxed product in retail in some countries in Europe as well as a bundled product with hardware manufacturers. I believe we launched CorelDRAW Essentials 2 in 2003 if memory serves.
