Hello
I purchased a laptop bundle which included the Coral Painter Essentials 3, it was already loaded in the laptop. I purchased the laptop 18months ago, and never activated the program ot used the program.
Now, what is happening now is that when I open the program, and go to select any of the buttons at the top left hand of the screen eg. file. edit, canvas, select, effects, window, help and any of the drop down boxes they are all greyed out.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem, so I can use the program?
Also, how do you contact Coraldraw by telephone in Australia.
None of the numbers on the website or via the telephone directories work at all.
