CorelDraw V.5 - 32 bits to 64bits

Glad to see you're still using one of the best programs of all times (although I believe version 9.0 was even better). I'm not sure if you can install on Windows 64 bits (I'm using Windows 10 32 bits at home), most programs can be installed as 32 bits software. The biggest problem is the compatibility with other programs (ie, I don't know if version 5.0 can use the new OpenType font correctly). If you don't use it all the time, you can use VirtualPC from Microsoft for use older versions under your WIndows.
