how i can make the advertisement given in the image to be printed on the paper of exactly 3 cm * 10 cm.

the text has to occupy the full area of  3 cm * 10 cm as shown in the image.

please help

    Draw a paragraph box with the text tool. Changes its dimensions in the width and height box on the status bar to 3cm and 10cm. Toggle the restrained/unrestrained option before hand to unrestrained. Set the text alignment to justify. Type or paste your text into the paragraph/text box. Set the bottom two lines to bold and align right. Change the font size until it fits in the box or right click on the text box and select "Fit Text to Frame."
