It is engaged in that sells clipart of those Russian artists, for which are poorly known with the copyright on an own site powerclip.ru. Arranges competitions, referring on support of the international corporation Corel. I have understanding that it(he) wants to interfere with participation of the vector Russian artists in competition Corel. This competition is unprofitable for him, because it sells another's creativity.
My question consists in it:Whether the truth that A.Mendow is the new representative of your Сompany in Russia?
To whom the sending of works will be addressed which will be sent from the Russian artists ....in russian site Corel of not? On another to tell? - In Russian branch? Then we would want to learn(find out) who by him(it) supervises. The Russian artists had questions).
But we hope, that they will be decided..

After following-up with the Corel team in Russia, I wanted to clarify my previous answer. While Andrew Mendow is not a Corel representative in Russia, my colleagues in Russia work with him and have a good relationship. He is the owner of powerclip.ru and Corel in Russia has previously organized design contests on this site.

Many my friends had the personal and commercial attitudes(relations) with Mendov. Unfortunately, we (many Russian artists) tried together with the chief of a site OVERCLIP.ru to decide(solve) questions connected with unattended sale of the vector contents of a site. (Till now there wishing place the vector, which can be had without registration). I personally have achieved destruction of all my files accessible to use. All my friends, together with me were excluded therefrom. With the large work after presentation of the claims.
At once after that all my friends, Russian artists, it is not pleasant with which, that in their pictures trade without them is conducted were registered on CorelDRAW.com It - history. (Excuse for my wild English language). I and my friends had sad experience of communication(connection) with the official representative CorelDRAW in Russia. The communication(connection) between a site powerclip and representative CorelDRAW in Russia was ensured(supplied) registered on a site Corel with the user Artur. This man during many years was active участиником of inclusion of Russian artists in process of development CorelDRAW.
Yesterday I have learned(found out), that the pictures of my friends sell. These pictures were exposed on this site. All of them are sold on different sites. Who wants - take and use. Any norms of use of jobs are not observed. I understand, what is it problem of Russian politics, but it not даетт of the right to the separate persons to appropriate(give) to itself the status of the representative CorelDROW in Russia.
