I know this is an older product, and corel has moved on.
We used this product with no problems until today. The marx.com dongle started failing today. It is unrecognized in every computer it's connected to. I think the device may have failed.
Does anyone have any recommendations on getting this going?
They have checked out wilcom and the x4 x5 x6 versions, but would rather stay with the x3 for now.
any help is aprreciated!
thanks,
randy
I presume the dongle is something needed by another accessory or software that you use ? It's not something that any version of CorelDraw requires.
But unless you have the appropriate hardware or software on the other machines you've tried it in, its quite likely that the dongle will not be detected even if it it is working.

You should contact Wilcom about this, as the dongle is associated with the embroidery digitizing software portion of the suite.
It's a product called Corel Drawings, not Corel Draw. The product has to do with embroidery.
This is before Corel teamed up with Wilcom, a different product.
On your dongle, you should see a drawstitch reference.
I'm not sure if they can help but you can try contacting them. There are newer versions available and I'm not sure they would support that older version anymore.
Their base is in Greece so if you don't hear from them immediately be aware of the time differences.

This issue has nothing to do with Wilcom
