Not working properly on dual monitors

Excellent questions, I was not sure how much information would be needed and was hoping it was just a setting I had wrong.

They are not the same display, but they are both the same resolution 1920x1200. The monitor on the right (one that works) is an HP ZR2440w, the monitor on the left (where it lags) is an ASUS PA248Q. I'm using a cyberpower laptop with an i7, 16gb of ram, windows 8.1 64 bit, and an Nvidia GTX 780M

they are not the same connection as I use my laptop to run them. The HP on right (where it works) is running through a USB video dock using a DVI cable, the ASUS on left (lags) is directly plugged into the laptop using DisplayPort.

Additional comments: The left monitor (where it doesn't work) is set as my main monitor and I use it for gaming, movies, etc with no issues. Before I added that monitor, the HP monitor used to be hooked up through the displayport and corelCAD worked fine on it.

thanks for providing the additional info about your hardware! Can you also tell us which version of CorelCAD you're using? This information will be required for the support team to take a closer look at the issue you're describing.

Also, I do remember display issues related to certain input devices (Wacom Intuos tablet) at one time. What input devices are you using with that laptop?

There may be additional questions about your system but let's start with this..

Thanks for responding to my inquiry. this really is something odd I have never seen before.

According to the about window, I'm running Version 2015.0 (Build 15.0.1.22) x64
I'm using a generic dell keyboard I got years ago from another computer and a Logitech G502 mouse as input devices.

Here's an interesting observation, If I have 60% of the drawing area on the right and 40% on my left screen, everything works great on both screens. Once I cross the 50% threshold and have more on the left side, then both side lag. I also have the laptop screen available (granted it's only 17" so much smaller) but it works fine when I have the drawing area on that screen. For now I can draw on the right screen but I would prefer to use the left as I keep other programs open on the right.

did you try and swap the display connections? My colleagues were wondering if it's really the monitor that is plugged in via DisplayPort that shows the issues. If any, they would expect display problems to appear with the USB connected device and not the DisplayPort connected monitor.

Any changes when disconnecting the (HP) monitor from the USB (ASUS monitor connected through DisplayPort as the only external screen)?

Hello I have this problem too. On al ASUS laptop using Windows 10.

The extended monitor is driven by the same graphic card. Some windows in CorelCAD as the Print-window or Properties-window opens and then only 1/2 part is visible and I cant move it down to see the whole window.

When I go to settings in Windows and move the relative position of the extra screen, then the windows will get 100% on the screen (on the second screen, also when I disconnect this screen before and start then CorelCAD again). When the window is 100% in the screen I can move it by clicking at the topbar of that window and move it with my mouse.

I hope there will be an update for this problem, or is it a Windows 10 issue?
