How to use Startup.lsp

I have several autolisp routines that I would like to preload when I start CorelCAD, instead of manually load them one at a time in CorelCAD.

Do I put (load "mylisp.lsp") into the startup.lsp for all the autolisp routines?

I tried that but nothing was loaded when CorelCAD was loaded, I must be missing a step or two.

Much appreciated if someone can point me to the right direction.

This is a really good question. I too would love to know if there's a way to do this. I'm surprised Klaus hasn't come along and answered this one already.
The best suggestion I can make is to open a ticket with the helpdesk - they will contact the manufacturer ( Corel don't make this product ) and come back to you with an answer -

Hi,

due to problems in the notification settings on the community server this question got completely lost. Thanks David for raising it again!

Here's feedback from the developers:

You can add lisp routines via the APPLOAD / LOADAPPLICATION command in CorelCAD (2017). Then you can call the ADDINS dialog and enable the automatic loading at application startup for the currently loaded LISP files (listed in that dialog).

Note: In order to auto-load, the LISP files have to be in the application's support path. The current path is displayed, when you execute the following LISP expression at the command line: (getenv "CADSUP")

Thanks Klaus,

I'm just about to upgrade to 2017 and ordered a copy, but it hasn't arrived yet. I'm still working off the old 2014.5 release at the moment, so this will be a big upgrade for me - I'm curious to see whether they fixed all the old bugs.

I just saw your .sig and realized the patch is out also, so I better download it.
