My TP Trial is coming to an end and I intend to purchase Licence.
Perhaps the above should read 'I thought I had signed up to a TP Trial and it is coming.....', because my Account records that a Trial exists for 'Corel DESIGNER X6 (Standalone Version)'?
Certainly that was not the only software installed but I believe there are further items included in the complete TP. So my intention is to Save the WorkSpace created in the TP Trial and then Uninstall the existing Software.
Although it has been little used, not even having the WorkSpace set up, I have no wish to foul up the existing CorelDRAW X6 installation. The main concern being the possibility of inadvertently causing problems that may require reinstallation and the impact that may have from the licensing aspect. I know that CorelDRAW X6 required Activation but cannot find any information, either within the Software or my Account, to deactivate whilst the intended actions take place.
Can anyone suggest a course of action to avoid potential pitfalls to ensure a smooth transition from Trial to Full?

CorelDRAW Technical Pack contains Corel DESIGNER X6, XVL Studio 3D Corel Edition (the trial has the advanced XVL Studio 3D CAD Corel Edition with additional features & 3D CAD file format support activated for the trial period!) and Corel DESIGNER related components.
When uninstalling the Technical Pack trial (for reinstalling with the version you receive with purchasing a license through an authorised reseller) you will only uninstall these components. CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X6 (CorelDRAW, Corel PHOTO-PAINT, Corel CONNECT, all the other components of Graphics Suite X6) will not be affected by that as it's a separate installation.
When uninstalling CorelDRAW Technical Pack (trial version) you should also have an option to (not) remove user files which then will keep the last used workspace and application settings stored with your PC user profile.
Make sure you also uninstall "XVL Studio" as this has its own entry in the installed applications in the Windows Control Panel. With the licensed installation of the Technical Pack it will be installed as a component again.
When licensing CorelDRAW Technical Pack as Software download version from Corel (corel.com eStore) you can keep the trial installation and activate that without removing/ reinstalling it. In that case any use configurations you have made in Corel DESIGNER X6 and/ or XVL Studio 3D Corel Edition will be maintained.

The simple route was chosen by just C&P the Serial Number into the Registration page, hit the Connect Button and Saved the resulting Document that records both the Serial Number and Activation Code.
Job done.
