Corel Draw X6 - The document converts automaticaly all objects (inluding text) from c0 m0 y0 k100 to c72 m58 y53 k79. No matter how many times I set black back to 100 and the rest to 0 when i open the document all black colors are again in the cmyk mix. If you try to convert back to k100 using the find and replace comand it says the document can't find that color. What can i do???
What is your Primary color mode? CMYK or RGB ?
This is setup when start a New Document window (Options->Workspace->General->Show New Document dialog box).
This color (c72 m58 y53 k79) is Registration color Black. Search what you have changed.
It is OK with me.
I use cmyk as primary color mode, the problem is that i haven't changed anything this only happens with one document. I use corel since 2001 and i have never encountered something like this. In all the setup menus everithing looks ok. I will look into it further.
Post here this document to try.
unfortunatly i can't, stupid client confidentiality policy :( It seems there was a program error in color managment. Preserve pure black was checked but the program didn't see it as such. I think it's fine now, if it converts the colors again i will post again. Thanks for the answers.
Do not post the whole file - delete everything but one "black" detail, then Save As with new name and post it here.
