CD Technical Suite X6 Education Edition - OR - Education License?

What is the difference between CD Technical Suite X6 Education Edition and their Technical Suite X6 Education License?
The Education Edition is (here), for $99, and the Education License is (here), for $92.94.

I'm finally upgrading from Micrografx Designer 7. Although I'm still using it at home on a virtual machine on W8.1, work wants a "clean" installation.

I would assume that if you paid $99 for the Education Edition it would come with a license.

    Since nobody has responded, here's my interpretation: The education edition come supplied (with licence) on a DVD. The education licence is just that - a licence only, and you have to download the software (the media is not supplied hence the cheaper price). Go for the DVD version - it doesn't need online activation. BTW, X7 is out now , so I'd also go for that over X6.
