As a contribute to Rikk Flohr´s questiong whether this photo editing forum is dead or not, here is my contribution. I made a few simple steps image editing and colouring an old low res photo I found of Pablo Picasso.
I used PHOTO-PAINT X5.
I first resized the image brutally, useally never do so as my images useally are of much better size and quality. But I did, and I increased the size about 40%. I thought the image to small for this excersize.
Hope you enjoy this one.Colouring and for that matter restoring old photos can be a painstaking exercise, and some are really good at it. My girlfriend for example is really good at it.
My exercise with this one was to fairly quickly do something with an old photo. As if I was on a tight deadline.
I havent done to many things with this one, but it hopefully shows how some things can be done in a very quck way.

Thank you Phil,
I dont use LAB colours so much.I am more into RGB, CMYK, Greyscale on a daily basis.
I would assume PhotoPaint was used....like this one too....
